## SECP Approval and Offering Details

SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited has been granted approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to issue a prospectus for its initial public offering. The company will float 30 million ordinary shares, representing 32.01 % of its post‑IPO paid‑up capital. The floor price is set at Rs 40 per share, with a book‑building range that could lift the price to Rs 64, allowing the firm to raise between Rs 1.20 billion and Rs 1.92 billion.

## Allocation of Shares

Seventy‑five percent of the shares (22.5 million) will be allocated through the book‑building process, while the remaining 7.5 million shares will be offered to the general public.

## Use of Proceeds

The capital raised will be used to strengthen working capital, expand seasonal procurement, increase processing capacity, and support higher export volumes. The company aims to boost its export revenue from roughly $4 million in FY2026 to about $18 million in FY2027, potentially raising its share of Pakistan’s $470 million fruit‑and‑vegetable export market from under 1 % to nearly 4 %.

## Company Background

Based in Sargodha and formerly known as Shaheen Enterprises, SE Fruits and Vegetable has operated for nearly three decades. It exports kinnow, mangoes, potatoes and other agricultural products to more than 22 countries.

## Market Implications

The IPO introduces a new listed player in the agribusiness segment, offering investors exposure to Pakistan’s fruit and vegetable export market. The additional capital is expected to enhance the company’s production capabilities and export footprint, which could positively influence related sectors such as agriculture‑linked services and logistics.
