## SECP Grants Prospectus Approval

SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited, a Sargodha‑based exporter of mangoes, kinnow, potatoes and other produce, obtained approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) on 9 September for the issuance, circulation and publication of its prospectus. The approval follows a green light from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on 7 September.

## IPO Structure and Timeline

The company will offer 30 million ordinary shares, representing 32.01 % of its post‑IPO paid‑up capital, at a floor price of Rs 40 per share. Through the book‑building process the final price could rise to Rs 64, allowing the raise to range between Rs 1.20 billion and Rs 1.92 billion. Book building is scheduled for 21‑22 September, with public subscription slated for 28‑29 September.

Top‑line Securities Limited and Growth Securities Limited have been appointed as Joint Lead Managers. Of the total issue, 22.5 million shares (75 %) will be allocated via book building, while the remaining 7.5 million shares will be sold directly to the public.

## Expected Use of Funds

Management says the proceeds will strengthen working‑capital, enabling larger seasonal procurement, higher processing throughput and better conversion of international demand into export sales. The firm aims to lift export revenue from $4 million in FY 2026 to about $18 million in FY 2027, targeting a market‑share increase to just under 4 %.

## Company Background

Formerly known as Shaheen Enterprises, SE Fruits and Vegetable has nearly three decades of export experience, supplying produce to more than 22 countries.

## Market Implications

The IPO adds a new agribusiness listing to the PSX, expanding the pool of Shariah‑compliant agricultural equities and offering investors exposure to Pakistan’s fresh‑produce export sector.
